As part of the Company’s Sustainability Model, the People Action Line includes two priorities.

Culture of Health and Safety

    4 Do not exceed one loss time case per 1,000 workers per year.


Diversity, Equity, and Opportunities

    5 Increase the Percentage of Non-Unionized Female employees, with respect to the total number of non-unionized employees of CYDSA Group, from 18.8% in 2018 to a range of 27% to 34% by 2030.


The first priority focuses on fostering a culture of health and safety across operations. This includes occupational safety systems, protocols, certifications, and multiple recognitions earned by the Group’s plants.

Next, CYDSA Group’s 2024 information about loss time cases per thousand workers is presented, including a comparison with industry-level figures.


The second priority centers on promoting an organization that fosters diversity, equity, and opportunities for all collaborators. The current focus under this priority is to increase the number of women within the workforce.

Workplace well-being is promoted through policies on human rights, diversity, and the prevention of psychosocial risks. In addition, work procedures are aligned with the guidelines of NOM-035. It is also worth noting that the Group has a mechanism in place for reporting unethical behavior.
