Business Ethics

CYDSA promotes honesty and transparency in all its activities, supported by its Conflict-of-Interest Policy, designed to mitigate risks of fraud and corruption.

Starting in 2024, CYDSA regularly operates its mechanism for reporting unethical behavior (anonymous report), as part of its commitment to transparency and integrity. This mechanism complements other existing communication channels, such as physical mailboxes located in each Organizational Unit, a dedicated email address, and a dedicated telephone line.
